Mukwa FC Zambia
Whilst staying at Mukwa Lodge near Vic Falls Mark was really moved listening to ChiChi, a charming host at the lodge.
She told him how she saw that youngsters were playing football in the village near the lodge and realised they had no ambition and were doing the usual teenage drinking etc.
She decided to form a team to give them some focus in their lives and they are really making great strides forward due to her initiative. With ChiChi as Manager they were promoted from the 5th to the 4th Division.
The players are now attending school and getting jobs which is a testament to ChiChi’s ability to get the most out of them.
Our Commitment:
We will donate $10 per person for every client who books at Mukwa Lodge.
Bushcamp Company
Mark was in South Luangwa and visited a number of projects that the Bushcamp Company are responsible and was blown away by their amazing contribution to both charity and conservation in the area. They are committed to the wildlife and people of the South Luangwa and in the last 27 years of conservation and community involvement they have donated over 7 million US dollars to their projects.
Our Commitment:
We want to assist their schools feeding project and will donate $10 for every client who stays in one of their lodges.
