Day 1
Welcome to Cape Town! After arriving at Cape Town International Airport, you will be transferred to the Table Bay Hotel, your base for the next four nights. Situated close to the V&A Waterfront and with stunning views of Table Mountain, you will have more than enough time to relax and venture out to local restaurants for a taste of Cape Town’s culinary delights.
Day 2
Discover the sights and sounds of the Mother City on a half-day city tour. Explore historic and cultural landmarks including the Company’s Garden and the colourful Bo-Kaap neighbourhood. Your tour will culminate with a visit to Table Mountain, one of the Seven Wonders of Nature.
Day 3
Explore the scenic Cape Peninsula on a full-day excursion. Your journey will take you to Hout Bay, where you can enjoy a boat trip to Seal Island. You’ll also travel along the spectacular Chapman’s Peak Drive, visit Cape Point, and explore the Cape of Good Hope. Enjoy a visit to Boulders Beach, where you can get up close to the charming African penguins.
Day 4
Tee off at the beautiful Steenberg Golf Club, set against the backdrop of the Constantiaberg Mountains. Your round includes a shared cart and the assistance of one caddie per cart. After your round, you can enjoy some leisure time at the hotel or explore Cape Town further.
Day 5
Start the day with breakfast at the Table Bay Hotel before heading to Royal Cape Golf Club. After your round, you will be transferred to the picturesque Lanzerac Hotel & Spa in Stellenbosch for a two-night stay.
Day 6
Enjoy a round of golf at Erinvale Country & Golf Estate, a Gary Player-designed course surrounded by vineyards and mountains. Afterwards experience a delightful wine-tasting at the Ernie Els Wine Farm, where you can savour South Africa’s rich wine culture, complementing your golfing experience.
Day 7
It is onwards to the dramatic coastal cliffs of Pinnacle Point Golf Course along the Garden Route. This cliff-top course offers breathtaking ocean views and unique challenges. Following a round of golf, you’ll be transferred to the luxurious Fancourt Hotel, nestled against the Outeniqua Mountains, where you’ll stay for the next three nights.
Day 8
Challenge yourself with a round of golf at the renowned Fancourt Links Golf Course, consistently ranked as one of the top courses in South Africa. Designed by Gary Player, this course is known for its stunning beauty and challenging layout. Afterwards, you can enjoy the facilities and amenities of Fancourt or explore the surrounding area.
Day 9
A round at the Montagu Golf Course at Fancourt is scheduled for today. Your round includes a shared cart and one caddie per cart. Enjoy your evening at leisure, perhaps dining at one of Fancourt’s exquisite restaurants.
Day 10
Check out from Fancourt Hotel and proceed to Sandals Guesthouse, where you’ll enjoy two nights of accommodation in the charming town of St. Francis Bay. Spend your afternoon relaxing or exploring the local attractions.
Day 11
Tee off at the stunning St. Francis Links Golf Course, known for its picturesque setting and challenging design. You’ll play a round of golf with a shared cart after which you can unwind at the guesthouse.
Day 12
Travel to the untamed beauty of Shamwari Game Reserves where you will lap it up in luxury at Sandile Lodge for three nights with Big Five game drives in the morning and afternoon.
Day 13
The choices are endless today – participate in a walking safari or enjoy more game drives at Shamwari which teems with incredible wildlife.
Day 14
There are more opportunities to discover the natural wonders of Shamwari with incredible wildlife encounters.
Day 15
Enjoy a last breakfast at Sindile Lodge, you’ll be transferred to the Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport in Gqeberha (previously Port Elizabeth) for your onward journey, marking the end of your unforgettable golf and safari adventure in South Africa.
